PostSubject: Tutorial for Head Markings   Tue Jun 20, 2017 4:58 am

Here is to you fellas that are having trouble with your white heads.

First step is to go to your MagixMod2.mat file

Open it in Notepad, then press ctrl f and it will pop up something like this

Search for "HeadMark" it should bring you to "HeadMark11_1"

This is the part where I had a problem, the ( #_1 ) the number 1 is what head it goes on so for example I had 17 heads. For every marking you will change the number to whatever number it is. ex HeadMark18_1.

Now saying I have 17 heads I will need to change the HeadMark18_#
so..
HeadMark18_1
HeadMark18_2
HeadMark18_3
HeadMark18_4... etc

You will be using this code so anything with the "#" change it to your marking number

Code:
material HeadMark#_1
{
 receive_shadows on
 technique 1
 {
 pass
 {
 fragment_program_ref HeadMark_PS
 {
 param_named_auto colorMod1 custom 1
 param_named_auto colorMod2 custom 2
 param_named_auto colorMod3 custom 3
 param_named_auto colorMod4 custom 4

 param_named_auto colorMod6 custom 6

Note~Do this in another notepad (File 1) so you wont mess up anything in the MagixMod2.

Youll have to do at least one round of how many heads you have. so example is
HeadMark18_1
HeadMark18_2
HeadMark18_3
HeadMark18_4... etc but with all that other stuff in the middle of it

Once you have your first round done, copy everything in that folder and paste it under HeadMark17

Now go back into File 1
if you look in the top left corner you'll see edit

Click it and go a bit down to replace, click it
It should look like this once you clicked it

Then do this :

click replace all, then you should have
HeadMark19_1 instead of 18.

Repeat this process until you have finished all of head markings.

I had 30 head markings and 17 heads
and it would look like this:
HeadMark18_1 to  HeadMark18_17
HeadMark19_1 to  HeadMark19_17
HeadMark20_1 to  HeadMark20_17
HeadMark21_1 to  HeadMark21_17... etc

then save it cx and you should be fine.
If you have any question just post on here
