Certain manes have these untextured manes, I use fur into my models, Does it comes from the material? because on blender it shows correctly!

If it indeed comes from the material what is causing this issue to occur?

does the hair texture cover the entire image? If not, filling in those spots will be an easy fix.

If this is not the case, it might be helpful to show some more things such as the mane/tuft sections of your magixmod2. And anything that you may have changed.

Those sections of mesh are inside out. Using Blender in edit mode, you can adjust the normal via the edit menu list. You'll find three options. Recalculate outside, recalculate inside, and flip. The auto recalculate options are the fastest, but can sometimes flip normals that don't need it. The flip option you need only select each face you want flipped.
In Blender, you can usually see if a face is inside out by having texture view mode on. Inside out faces become see-through.
You will have to re-export the mesh after you've flipped the normals.
