PostSubject: animating the title?   Tue May 23, 2017 2:48 am

ive been trying to figure this one out but ive gotten a bit stumped but its probably a case of me putting things in the wrong place/the wrong way

essentially, i wanted to animate the titlescreen with a sequence of images in the order of 1-2-3-2-loop
poorly made example:

all ive gotten down is this
Code:
 anim_texture 1.png 2.png 3.png 2.png 0.5

under GUIOverlay/Backdrop in the gui overlay file

ive tried what i could to input it but everything ive tried has caused a crash (probably because im putting it in the wrong place bc thats the one thing i excel at)

does anyone know how i would replace the static backdrop image with this sequence code ;v;//?or if i have to redo it alltogether

As far as I know, you are not supposed to edit "GUIOverlay/Backdrop" for what you are trying to achieve. When I edited my start screen, I only edited "GUIMat/Backdrop1" (found in the file called GUIMat.material).
