 OgreXMLConverter for mac?

I have a mac, but I am able to boot both windows and OSX on it. I prefer to use OSX for Blender and other things, because I have limited space on the windows partition. I have made some body parts on blender, and have exported them to the ogrexml format. Does anyone know how to use the Mac version of the Ogre commandline tools? When I try to drag the mesh.xml into the OgreXmlConverter, it does not work. I have yet to find any information on this issue, even after several google searches.

There's a Mac version for Ogre 1.8, but we're on 1.7.4 and I think some things were changed for meshes in 1.8, but give it a roll:

I have ogre commandline tools on my mac already but I have not figured out to use it because I can't drag XML's in it

(sorry for doubleposting) but I have not found any tutorials online for the mac version of this. Does anybody know how this works?
