Orge stepped up their particle game. This is going to be so much easier to use then the other old particle marker. Will definitely be easier to use for new particle makers.

That page was last updated in 2014. Not exactly the latest software.

I don't think this would be too nice nor compatible with a majority of computers.

Is there possibly a newer version of the Ogre Particle Lab that would work with windows 8/10?

It does work with 10. My laptop is running the latest version of 10 and the program runs without problem.
