Hello!

This is a support-asking thread respect the program: "OgreMeshMagick.exe", a program to modify or transform the meshes.

So, the main issue is that such program doesn't for a reason I ignore, doesn't transform as expected a critter I made and that I am wishing to transform because it's going backwards when flying/running.

I have edited the model with mirror it to X Local, which, successfully, flips skeleton, animations and model, but after export and test in-game, gives the same result as If I hadn't done that.

Anyways, I tried use this tool of OCLT as last resource, but, it gives me this result:

Gazelle.mesh is the default gazelle from IT, and as you see, is not even transforming it.

Some information you may ask about:
-Yes, both .mesh and .skeleton are in the same directory as the .exe.
-Model has no any modifications but the flip, perhaps, a modifier or settings doesn't allow it to work properly?
-I haven't re-made the animations after flip, as I can confirm they're working as the last non-flipped model even after set specifics locations and rotations.

That should work. Can you view the mesh with ogremeshy?
Try and open the mesh with something like Notepad Plus.
First line should say something like this.
"[MeshSerializer_v1.41]"
Rest should be garbled.
If you like I will look at the mesh for you.

Tried check OGRE Forums, but there's not any thread with such issue.

Use the previous version of Ogremeshy. That should work. Current version does not work with Windows 7 or 8 and has bugs galore.

Otherwise send me the mesh and I will have a look at it for you.
No I will not steal it.

However, I don't know what's the exact purpose on use such program.
The model has been already tested in-game, it's fine itself except for the direction it's using and the fact OgreMeshMagick doesn't want to transform it.
And thanks for the offer but I suppose I can use that as last resource, as I prefer try solve or discover the issue by myself and if it happens again, be ready to know what to do instead be bothering you or someone else for fix it for me, haha.

This is helpful, but I already know how does the program work, so, that's not the matter. Razz
As well, have tried to rotate in Blender, but as Cat, it is not working that way!
I tried using the other values I didn't include that are in post, but it's still not solving the fact it is unable to open my mesh file.

Have I done something wrong?

Bump

I got mentioned that the model should be front view if I press Numpad 1(Blender).Model was facing back, so, I simply mirrored it to the properly axis.Even after so, the model keep going backwards.I even compared a oIT critter model blender file and they're having the same facing directions.

I don't know what else to do, what I did wrong?

you need to rotate it and the skeleton to face the front or it will go the wrong direction.

@Lazyzim Both mesh and skeleton were rotated, but's the same?

Ohh, anyways.

I found that I was using the uncomplete command, but now that I use the proper one the command tells me this:
