Okay well, I personally have had to explain this many times and why not just do this to make my life easier, and yours. Keep in mind this is nothing major and maybe there is a topic on it that I didn't see? I don't know.

How to add another texture to a Material File
Let's try using the helmet1 material file. On the first thing it says:

Code:
material **helmetMat**
{
   technique
   {
      pass
      {
         cull_hardware none
         cull_software none
         texture_unit
         {
            texture *helmetTex.jpg*
         }
      }
   }
}

What I have "highlighted" in two * is basically the name that you will put in when you add it to the "items.cfg" file or the I think "cd2.dat". You can't have it the same name as when you are making a new one so you can just rename it helmet2Mat for you new item.

What I have "highlighted" in one * is the texture's name, you name it what your texture's file name is AND BE SURE TO PUT DOWN THE RIGHT ENDING! (.gif, .png, .jpg, etc)
(Your codes will NOT or SHOULD NOT have ****** in them!)

Now to put it all together, if it's the same item mesh as what you copied it off of, let's say two different ZT helmets and you're adding another. Just paste it under in the same material file. (Be sure to leave the correct amount of spaces or you'll crash)
If you're making it completely new with a new item, make a new material file and be sure to name it what the item name would be like "helmet1"

If you follow the instructions above it should look something like this:

Code:
material helmetMat
{
   technique
   {
      pass
      {
         cull_hardware none
         cull_software none
         texture_unit
         {
            texture helmetTex.jpg
         }
      }
   }
}

material helmet2Mat
{
   technique
   {
      pass
      {
         cull_hardware none
         cull_software none
         texture_unit
         {
            texture helmetTex2.jpg
         }
      }
   }
}

I'll add more stuff later, this is just going to be basic stuff because I'm not going to lie, I'm horrible at explaining things. And I'm not the best coder in the world (I'm not even a good coder why do I even say coder.)

Take care of your usage of centered text

Yeah it sort of bugged out the thing. I tried to fix it and it didn't go well...

I'll try to fix it again.

Should be fixed now
